Philips ISC
Product: Philips IntelliSpace Connect (ISC) is SaaS for EMS & Hospital users conducting post-cardiac event analysis, verifying data was received and administrating access to the software. Release 1 included Administration and Device Data applications.
My role was to align UX and apply current brand and interaction patterns across the applications. Speed to market was a high priority. I’ve been with this SaaS product suite for two releases. Below are examples of the evolution of the Suite design. In Release 2 some applications, Administration and Device Data, remained on the old code base.
Goals: support a customer’s quality initiatives while reducing their operational infrastructure. Streamline administrative workflow and simplify record management.
Features: connect to medical records, automate reporting, secure storage of clinical data.
